How does your 1 year guarantee work?

If the product is defective and breaks, we will be happy to replace it for you, for up to 1 year after the original purchase date. A flat shipping fee of $9.99 will apply to replacements over 30 days old, and to any exchanges. Shipping fees will vary for international customers, or for those looking for expedited delivery options.

I don't like the item I bought. What can I do?

If you receive your order and are simply not satisfied with the product, you may contact us within 30 days to exchange it for another item. To ensure hygiene and safety, we only accept returns and exchanges for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
