If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if there is any issue with the product, we are here to help with our return and exchange policy. Please read the following policy carefully.

 

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

Unopened Products: To ensure hygiene and safety, we only accept returns and exchanges for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Return and Exchange Period: You may apply for a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a defective item, you will NOT need to send it back to us.  Within 30 days, contact our customer service department via email or phone.  Let us know what the issue is and we will happily send you a replacement free of charge or full refund.

 

Return and Exchange Process

Once 24 hours have passed, your purchase has been processed and is already being shipped.

If you still want to return your purchase, you have to wait for it to be shipped to you and then ship it back to us after you have received the package. Click here to print and fill out the return request form, mail your unopened merchandise back to us and add a 15% restock fee to the payment of your return request.

Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for us to receive and process your return. If you have a question at any time regarding the status of your return, you can request an update at service@xsikxtoa.com.

Please note:

- All products are covered under 1-year Warranty.

- Shipping fee will be paid by customers and deducted from the total refund amount for the orders already fulfilled where the return request was filed 24 hours after purchase.

- Pre-authorization and return request form is required for all returns.

Defective Products: We offer a 1-year warranty for our products for exchange or replacement, contact our customer service to learn more about how to troubleshoot any issues, please make sure to offer your order ID and we will assist you as soon as possible.

 

Special Notes

Hygiene and Safety: Due to the nature of adult products, opened or used items cannot be returned or exchanged.
